SATSUMA's ponzu sauce is a product that customers always ask, "Do you not sell this?" After enjoying the surprisingly mellow taste of the soup stock, you can also enjoy a change in taste with this special ponzu sauce.
We also recommend the sukiyaki made with Kagoshima black beef, which has been ranked number one in Japan in recent years. The marbled meat of Kagoshima's world-class Kuroge Wagyu beef is of high quality, even down to the melting fat.
Our melt-in-your-mouth sukiyaki made with the finest A4 and A5 grade meat is popular with overseas customers as well. In addition, we also have Kibinago, local chicken, fish cakes, and rich tofu that ranked first in Kyushu.
