This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the charm of grilled skewers, with a focus on their signature “Toro Liver and KIWAMISkewers”. The famous “Tororo Liver” and “Hatsu” are made by exquisitely grilling fresh ingredients to melt-in-your-mouth delicacies. We also recommend the kokumi skewers and vegetable-wrapped skewers. You can enjoy them with soy sauce sauce, black vinegar sauce, or coarse salt from the steamer based on ingredients from traditional breweries in Kagoshima. The low-temperature cooked sashimi (hatsu, liver, and beef tongue), which are available in limited quantities, are also highly recommended, as they are slowly heated and made tender. Fresh chicken and fish sashimi and horse sashimi are also available.

Alcoholic beverages such as a sour made from the black vinegar brand “KAKUIDA” are also available to enjoy the kushiyaki with a refreshing taste.
