TAGIRUBA offers rare branded yellowtail directly from Nagashima, the largest producer in Japan. The browntail that has been raised on a diet of tea has an exquisite taste with the sweetness of its refined fat and the spreading flavor and texture of the fish. The “Ootoro Sashimi” is a limited edition, with only a small amount of the fat from one fish, and is a luxurious dish that allows you to taste the fat of high-quality chaburi. We also recommend the “Dried Young Chicken Overnight,” which is marinated in homemade spices and baked at high temperature to a crispy, juicy perfection. TAGIRUBA is also particular about the way it pours its shochu so that customers can enjoy it to the last drop. The restaurant also offers “partial shots,” in which the entire bottle of high-grade shochu is chilled to a perfect temperature.
