This restaurant serves Osumi eels and jidori chicken dishes, and in addition to satisfying eel dishes using the precious 3-pound size eels (only one in 500 eels), its fresh and flavorful liver stew and liver skewers (limited quantities only) are popular because they are pulled in the morning.
The rich simmered liver, when mixed with egg yolk, is so good that you cannot stop drinking ..... The “Kuro Satsuma Chicken,” one of Kagoshima's three major black brands, is also a must-try. The “Daisaku no Kuro Satsuma Chicken” served at the restaurant was selected as one of the 100 best in the “Cuisine Kingdom” magazine's product review contest, and its taste has wowed food professionals. The charbroiled chicken, cooked hot and juicy on a lava-rock plate, is one of our most popular specialties. We also have a wide variety of shochu and sake, each with its own unique flavor. The “Marukin Series,” a collaboration of whole, chilled fruits and sours, is a “twice-delicious” drink that can only be found in the food cart area.
