Ichiki-Kushikino City and Hioki City, located on the west side of the Satsuma Peninsula facing the East China Sea, are blessed with a wide variety of seafood from the sea. Ichiki-Kushikino City thrives on Japan's leading pelagic tuna fishery, and natural tuna caught in the world's oceans are flash-frozen on board the ship and landed while still fresh. Hioki City is also home to Fukiage Beach, one of the three largest sand dunes in Japan, and has an abundance of local fish caught along the coast of the East China Sea. Tuna Bar offers a wide variety of seafood dishes, as well as local chicken dishes and Kushikino's specialty tuna dishes, which the locals love to eat.
